We are a California mortgage broker that also holds a contractor’s licence and supplies material. That is why our answers are shorter than most, and why we can tell you no before you spend.
1 · What we are
A California mortgage broker that also builds, and also supplies.
Three licensed activities under one roof, which is unusual and is the reason our answers are shorter than most.
We read your file, then we place it. The credit decision belongs to the lender who funds it, and we will tell you which way it is going before you have spent anything. Anyone who promises you the decision itself is either confused or selling something.
What is unusual is the other two. Wexmoor holds a construction lending relationship, a general contractor’s licence through Pacific Prestige Properties, and a material supply operation. That combination is why we can say what a stage actually needs, and why a delivery date can be a commitment rather than an estimate.
It is also a small firm. Four people. You will speak to the one who read your file, and usually within a day.
2 · Who owns what
One owner, one licensed company.
It fits on one page, so here it is rather than in an answer to a question you would have had to think to ask.

Builds and operates recreational and short-term rental property. It does no lending and no brokerage.

Sam’s company. It carries the general contractor’s licence the construction work is done under.

That is the whole structure. CargoGraph and the lending lines are things Wexmoor Circle LLC does, not companies that sit under it.
3 · The four of us
Everyone here reads files. Nobody here only sells.
Licence numbers are published because they are checkable, and a claim you cannot check is not worth making.
