What is LoopLine

The last mile
of your build.
Handled.

California construction projects fail at procurement more often than anywhere else. Wrong materials. Late deliveries. Spec substitutions that cost you on inspection. LoopLine closes that gap with a single-source construction materials supply chain built for California builds.

We procure materials matched exactly to your design specification, containerize them by installation phase, and deliver to your active job site on the date your schedule demands. One invoice. One point of contact. No surprises — whether your project is financed through a Wexmoor construction-to-DSCR loan or an outside lender.

Materials when
you need them.
Not before.

01
Design-Matched Procurement

Every material order is matched to your approved design specification — SKU by SKU, finish by finish. No substitutions without written approval. If a specified material is unavailable, we flag it before it becomes a field problem and present approved alternatives within the same finish family. What you spec is what gets delivered.

Spec-Matched No Substitutions Approval Process
02
Just-in-Time Delivery

Materials ship to arrive at the job site on the date your build schedule requires them — not weeks in advance. Early delivery means materials sitting on site: exposed to theft, weather, and damage. Late delivery means crews standing idle. JIT delivery eliminates both. Your schedule drives the shipment window, not the warehouse.

Schedule-Driven Milestone-Timed Direct to Site
03
Containerized Logistics

Materials are containerized and labeled by installation phase — foundation, framing, MEP, finishes — before they leave the warehouse. This means when a delivery arrives, your crew knows exactly which container goes to which area of the site without sorting through a mixed pile. Less site clutter. Less theft exposure. Faster installation.

04
Single-Source Purchasing

One purchase order. One invoice. One accountability line for the full material stack. Instead of managing 12 vendor relationships, 12 delivery windows, and 12 credit accounts, you have one. LoopLine consolidates every material category under a single point of contact and delivers consolidated billing for your project accounting.

05
Build Program Integration

For projects using Wexmoor’s construction bridge financing, LoopLine integrates directly with the draw schedule. Material procurement is timed to construction milestones, so materials arrive when draws disburse — not before, not after. This tight integration between financing and procurement keeps the build on budget and the draws on track.

How LoopLine Works

From spec sheet
to job site.

01
Submit Your Spec

Share your design spec, material schedule, and construction timeline. We review and confirm which materials we can source, flag anything unavailable, and confirm delivery windows against your schedule.

02
We Procure

LoopLine sources every line item against your spec from vetted suppliers. Materials are inspected for quality and spec compliance before leaving the warehouse. No substitutions without your sign-off.

03
Containerize & Stage

Materials are organized by installation phase, labeled, and containerized. Each shipment arrives organized — your crew knows where everything goes before the truck drops it.

04
Deliver on Schedule

Direct to your job site on the milestone date. One invoice. One delivery confirmation. LoopLine tracks every shipment until it’s signed for on site — so you’re never left chasing a vendor.

01
Single-source
procurement.

One purchase order, one invoice, one accountability line for your full material stack. LoopLine manages every vendor so you don’t have to. What you spec is what gets delivered — no substitutions without approval.

02
On-schedule
delivery.

Materials arrive when your build schedule calls for them — not weeks early, not late. JIT delivery eliminates site storage risk, reduces theft exposure, and keeps your crew productive instead of waiting.

03
Design spec
guaranteed.

Every material is matched to your approved specification before it ships. We flag unavailable items before they become field problems and present approved alternatives — so what you designed is what gets built.

Why it matters

The most expensive
mistake on any
build is a wrong
material, late.

Wrong material means re-order, re-schedule, and re-inspection. Late delivery means idle crews at full day-rate. LoopLine closes both failure modes at once by tying procurement directly to your build timeline and spec.

LoopLine · Frequently Asked

Common
questions.

What is LoopLine and who is it for?

LoopLine is Wexmoor Circle’s just-in-time construction supply chain. It’s designed for active construction projects in California — primarily ADU, multifamily, and mixed-use builds — where material procurement, delivery timing, and spec compliance are high-stakes. LoopLine handles procurement, containerization, and delivery so your team doesn’t have to manage multiple vendor relationships and delivery schedules.

Does LoopLine work outside Wexmoor’s construction program?

Yes. LoopLine is available as a standalone supply chain service for active construction projects regardless of who is financing the build. You don’t need to be a Wexmoor finance client to use LoopLine. That said, LoopLine integrates most tightly with Wexmoor’s construction bridge financing, where procurement is tied directly to the draw schedule and milestone inspections.

What types of materials does LoopLine source?

LoopLine covers the full residential and light commercial material stack: structural lumber and framing, MEP rough materials (conduit, pipe, wire), insulation and sheathing, windows and doors, interior finishes (flooring, tile, cabinetry, fixtures), and exterior cladding. We do not source highly specialized or custom-fabricated equipment that requires factory direct ordering — reach out to discuss your specific material schedule before signing on.

How far in advance do I need to submit my order?

Lead time depends on material type and availability. Standard commodity materials (lumber, drywall, insulation) typically require 2–4 weeks from order to delivery. Specialty finishes, imported tile, and custom-sized windows may require 6–12 weeks. Submit your full material schedule as early in the project as possible so we can flag long-lead items and build them into the delivery plan before they delay the build.

Do I need a general contractor to use LoopLine?

No, but you do need an active permitted construction project and a clear design specification. LoopLine is a supply chain service — we procure and deliver, but we don’t manage the labor side of the build. You’ll need a licensed GC to sign off on materials and accept deliveries on site. If you need GC support, ask about Wexmoor’s Build program, where our licensed contractor (CSLB #1067782) can provide that oversight.

What markets does LoopLine serve?

LoopLine currently serves active construction projects across California. Primary markets include Los Angeles metro, San Diego, Orange County, Bay Area, and Sacramento. Projects outside these metro areas are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on delivery logistics and site accessibility. Submit your project details and we’ll confirm coverage for your location.

Is there a minimum project size?

LoopLine is optimized for projects with a total material budget of $50,000 or more. Smaller projects may not have enough material volume to justify the full containerization and logistics model. If your project is below this threshold, reach out anyway — we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your specific situation and location.

How does LoopLine pricing work?

LoopLine pricing is a combination of material cost (sourced at wholesale) plus a service fee covering procurement management, containerization, and delivery logistics. The specific fee structure depends on project size, material complexity, and delivery location. Submit your project details and material schedule through the intake form and we’ll provide a full cost breakdown before any commitment is made.
