Sam's extensive background encompasses all phases of physical ground-up residential construction, complex structural sequencing, demolition to existing foundations, and structural integration. As Wexmoor's Construction Director, he provides the essential general contracting and building expertise required to physically execute custom single-family residences, ensuring projects stay on budget, on schedule, and strictly compliant with local building codes.
