We Finance & Build

Construction is planned, funded, and managed under licensed supervision through Pacific Prestige Properties, Inc (CSLB #1007518). We handle permits, trades, scheduling, and delivery.

You Relist & Sell the Completed Home

When the project is complete, you keep the client and relist the property. You earn the resale commission on a finished, higher-value home — without carrying the project or the risk.
